Payment Terms and Policy for Purple Cow Digi
Who can enter the Purple Cow?
1. Advance Payment:
Campaign Start: 50% of the total project fee must be paid in advance before the commencement of the campaign period.
Campaign Completion: The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days before the completion of the campaign.
2. Post-Payment Terms:
If both parties agree to payment after project completion, the full payment is due within 7 days of the project's completion.
3. Delayed or Non-Payment:
In case of delayed payment, lack of response, or failure to provide payment by the agreed-upon date, the following actions will be taken:
Access to social media pages, shared Google Drive documents, and any data generated through our marketing efforts (including leads from lead campaigns, presentations, excel reports, marketing creatives such as posters, GIFs, videos, and blog content) will be restricted until payment is cleared.
If payments are delayed beyond 45 days, we reserve the right to permanently remove access to data and social media pages.
A late fee in accordance with MSME Payment Policy, may be applied for payments delayed beyond 45 days.
4. Post-Contract Termination Policy
:
Collection of Credentials: Upon the conclusion or termination of our contract, it is the client's responsibility to collect all relevant social media and website credentials within a 30-day period.
No Extended Support: After the 30-day period, we will be unable to provide any further support. This includes any assistance related to social media accounts, websites, or other services previously managed under the contract.
Outstanding Payments: In cases where payments are outstanding, we will be unable to provide any form of support until all payments are fully settled. The responsibility for any delays or issues arising due to unpaid balances rests with the client.
Communication and Dispute Resolution
Clients are encouraged to communicate any payment-related issues promptly. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and maintaining a positive working relationship.
